The Importance of the Brow
Eyebrows are one of a person’s most prominent facial features because of the many functions that they perform. They help accentuate the eyes and shape the face. Not everyone is born with perfectly manicured brows; so, to achieve an aesthetically pleasing look, eyebrows should be routinely shaped, trimmed, and filled. Beautifully groomed eyebrows are an anti-aging secret.

Perfect Brows but Less Chemicals

Brow Lamination is “a perm” for your brows as it gives them a set uniform shape for an extended period. A two-step eyebrow perming treatment involves correcting the brow shape by setting the hairs in place using a chemical solution. Laminated brows take your unruly or thinning brow hair and smoothen it out while also lifting the hair in a more vertical direction.
We use Thio-free products which causes a lot less damage. Traditionally, the most used ingredient in perming is thioglycolic acid (often referred to as Thio). Thio is a salt and is the reducing agent responsible for breaking the disulfide bonds in your hair. Our Thio-free formula restructures internal bonds without damaging the hair cuticle. Keratin is also an ingredient that is included in our perming solution. This makes the hair more damage resistant, keeps it strong, and has retention for up to 6 weeks. We believe in using sustainable safe products at all times. Though it is impossible to use completely organic products for services that require perming, we search for the most products with the least amount of chemicals and the safest ingredients for our clients.
